At CrossMed, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Travel Nurse RN to join our team in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU). As a Travel Nurse RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the CVICU
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
  • Monitor patient responses to interventions and report outcomes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in CVICU or a related critical care setting
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
