Key Responsibilities:- Apply metal coatings to substrates using electroplating techniques
- Ensure high-quality finishes and meet customer specifications
- Familiarize yourself with industry processes and standards
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
- Basic knowledge of electroplating techniques
- 2+ years of experience in metal finishing
- Ability to use micrometers to verify thicknesses
- Mathematical skills to calculate surface area
- Ability to handle delicate parts without causing damage
- Understanding of blueprints and drawings
- Pay based on experience
