Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at AirSculpt. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our body contouring treatments.
Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA.
- Perform nursing tasks, demonstrating clinical competency, including administering medications, setting up sterile fields, and disinfecting equipment.
- Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to company standards.
- Communicate effectively with the team, including physicians, medical assistants, patient coordinators, and others, to ensure seamless clinical and surgical operations.
- Document clinical and surgical chart notes accurately and thoroughly.
- Provide the highest level of patient care and service at all times.
- Consistently follow policies and procedures to ensure positive patient outcomes.
- Assist in all aspects of a clinical and surgical environment.
- Remain tactful, mature, and able to work effectively with diverse personalities.
- Current Registered Nurse license in Illinois.
- Current ACLS certification required for all Nurses (RNs, LPNs, LVNs, RPNs).
- Current IV certification required for all LVNs/LPNs in the United States and RPNs in Canada.
- Experience working in a plastic surgery office is a plus.
- Availability to work overtime as needed.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays) as needed.
- High energy with a strong focus on patient care and patient experience.
- Ability to function well both independently and as part of a team.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
