We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). As a Step Down Nurse, you'll play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, evaluating their care requirements, and implementing physician orders. Your duties will include administering medications, changing dressings, monitoring vital signs, and instructing patients and families about their care.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong foundation in nursing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse from accredited school of nursing
  • Current Licensure with Tennessee Board of Nursing
  • Current BLS
  • ACLS within 6 months of hire
  • One year of clinical nursing experience preferred
