Autism Support Specialist

Cross River Therapy is committed to providing high-quality ABA services to families with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). We are currently seeking a skilled Autism Support Specialist to join our team.
As an Autism Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in implementing behavioral intervention programs designed to support individuals with ASD. This is an excellent opportunity for those who want to make a real difference in the lives of others while developing their skills and expertise.
Salary: $24.00 - $29.50 per hour, based on experience
About the Role:
- Implement behavioral intervention programs for individuals with ASD
- Work collaboratively with BCBA/BCaBA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct support to clients in individual and group settings
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance technical knowledge
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
- Other job duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- A minimum of 1 year's experience working with individuals with ASD or other developmental disabilities preferred
