Job Summary

Summit Physical Therapy, a brand partner of Upstream Rehabilitation, is seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Pryor, Oklahoma. As a Physical Therapist with Summit, you will have the opportunity to provide evidence-based treatment to patients with a wide range of physical therapy needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and education on proper body mechanics and injury prevention.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in physical therapy.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
