Job Description

The Employee Experience Manager role at Unrivaled Sports is responsible for creating and implementing processes to ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences for employees. This includes coordinating transitions from candidate to new hire, maintaining employee records, and supporting reporting and analytics efforts. To excel in this role, you should have 1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to onboard new hires, including training and education sessions.
  • Develop and maintain employee records, including personnel files, performance reviews, and other relevant documents.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and analytics to measure employee engagement, retention, and other key metrics.
