Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Detailed CADD Drawings and Documentation: Create intricate CADD drawings and generate proposals, reports, and deliverables that meet client and regulatory standards.
  • Oversee Projects from Inception to Completion: Direct project communication, proposal creation, field operations management, and financial oversight to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct Comprehensive Field Assessments: Execute thorough field investigations for complex projects, including groundwater sampling and soil vapor assessments, ensuring precise data collection and analysis.
  • Prepare Detailed Environmental Documentation: Assemble comprehensive reports, permit applications, and work plans, clearly presenting findings and recommendations to clients and regulatory agencies.
  • Promote Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our environmental services.
  • Guide Junior Staff: Mentor junior team members, providing support and fostering their professional development while ensuring high-quality project outcomes.
  • Maintain Strong Client Engagement: Build and sustain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction with our services.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Geology or Civil / Environmental Engineering
  • 10+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) license in North Carolina
  • Expertise in GPS technology and various drilling equipment
  • Experience in environmental logging
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
