A reputable and well-established HVAC & Plumbing company in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking an experienced Journeyman Plumber to lead an AMAZING team.

This role involves not only installing, maintaining, and repairing water and gas supply lines, but also bidding and managing commercial and residential projects.

• Competitive Hourly Pay: $40-$55/hour (DOE), plus performance bonus

The Journeyman Plumber will be responsible for:

• Install, maintain, and repair water and gas supply lines.
• Lead and mentor a team of plumbers, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and high-quality work.
• Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and plumbing fixtures.
• Maintain the flow and drainage of water, air, and other gases.
• Work on heating and cooling systems as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
• Bid and manage commercial and residential projects.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing problems efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with clients.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of residential plumbing experience.
• 2+ years of commercial plumbing experience.
• Washington and/or Idaho journeyman plumber license - both a PLUS.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
