About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will play a critical role in driving strategic supply chain and warehouse improvements that future-proof our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to maintain positive stakeholder relationships and support the implementation of our Supply Chain Management strategy.
  • Assist with testing of new procedures and systems, and recommend process improvements for the area of responsibility.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with divisions and external vendors, and prioritize tasks to ensure results are achieved.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to leadership, and uphold the security and confidentiality of documents and data within the area of responsibility.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Business.
  • Advanced Excel knowledge, including at least one programming language (not limited to VBA, R, SQL, or Python).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
