We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Nurse to join our team at Waterford Dialysis. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our dialysis unit.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs and vascular access evaluation
- Coordinate and deliver care to patients with end-stage renal disease
- Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
- Supervise patient care team members and delegate tasks as needed
- Review physician orders and collect pre-treatment dialysis data
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Valid and unencumbered license to practice as a registered nurse in the state of employment
- Current CPR certification and BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience, with prior experience in dialysis care preferred
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
