Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and develop targeted interventions to address musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary deficiencies.
- Collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Provide education and training to patients and their caregivers on proper techniques for managing physical therapy programs.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program or equivalent experience.
- Current CPR certification and a strong understanding of patient care principles.
- One year of experience in a hospital or home health setting is preferred.
