Plant Reliability Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Manager to join our team at Leed-Himmel Industries Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our facilities and equipment.
This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for a skilled leader to take ownership of our maintenance operations and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance technicians, developing and implementing maintenance plans, and ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations. You will also work closely with senior management to address production-related issues and develop plans to improve uptime and reduce costs.
You will be responsible for implementing TPM initiatives, managing vendors, and monitoring expenses. Additionally, you will evaluate machine resources to prevent breakdowns and maintain continuous production.
Responsibilities:- Lead a team of maintenance technicians.

- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.

Salary: $130,000 - $200,000 per annum
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or facility management is an asset.
- At least 7 years of experience in mechanical manufacturing and processing technology.
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in a process manufacturing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
