About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soar Autism Center. As an on-site SLP, you will work with children aged 2-6 in a center-based setting, conducting multidisciplinary assessments and creating treatment plans with other clinical specialists.

You will develop communication interventions, including AAC devices, to support client communication and collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, occupational therapists, and mental health professionals. Your goal will be to monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and communicate changes to team members and families.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as an on-site Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for children ages 2-6 in a center-based setting.
  • Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and create treatment plans with other clinical specialties.
  • Develop communication interventions, including AAC devices, to support client communication.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, occupational therapists, and mental health professionals.
  • Monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and communicate changes to team members and families.
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
  • License to practice speech pathology.
  • Preference for SLPs with 3+ years of experience, but open to new SLPs.
  • Prior experience with AAC or interest in learning from our clinical teams.
