Job Overview

The Assistant Property Manager role at ARCAN Capital is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team. In this position, you will work closely with the Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our multifamily properties.

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents, leasing consultants, and other stakeholders. You will also assist in managing the property's budget, inspecting apartments during move-in and move-out, and performing other related duties as required.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a minimum of two years' experience in residential property management. If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and a strong working knowledge of operating computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems like Yardi and Rent Café, we encourage you to apply for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, leasing consultants, and other stakeholders
  • Assist in managing the property's budget, including financial reporting and collections
  • Inspect apartments during move-in and move-out
  • Perform other related duties as required or assigned
