Usher Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Usher Supervisor to join our Front of House team at the Saenger Theatre in Pensacola, FL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our patrons, while maintaining a high level of customer service.

This is a part-time, non-exempt position that requires flexibility and availability to work extended and/or irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to adapt to changing situations.

• Maintain sufficient supervision over volunteer ushers performing their assigned responsibilities
• Oversee and coordinate program disbursement
• Ensure the safety of patrons and staff through the proper implementation and enforcement of emergency procedures
• Patrol the facility to report and respond to customer service and operations situations that require attention
• Assist staff with resolving customer service situations

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, managing competing demands, frequent changes, delays or unexpected events
• Good organizational skills

Applicants with prior experience in a customer service position, particularly in a performing arts/theater setting, are strongly preferred. A High School Diploma or GED is also required.

The estimated salary range for this role is $15-$20 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, employees may be eligible for benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
