Manufacturing Process Planner

Job Summary
Syntegon Technology is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Planner to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for planning and designing manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and efficiency studies to identify areas for improvement
- Analyze and recommend layout and workflow changes to optimize production
- Research and recommend updates to production standards
- Manage capital equipment projects to ensure timely and cost-effective implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes
Requirements:
- Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering degree
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in an advanced high mix low volume manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Mastery of MS Office suite, specifically Excel
- Project management experience, specifically capital research/installation projects
Preferred Qualifications:
- Visual Basics programming experience
- 2-4 years of experience as a manufacturing engineer
- CMM programming experience
- SAP experience
