Average Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

• Evaluate patients, develop, implement, and modify treatment plans according to their needs and physician direction.
• Delegation and direction of discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients.
• Design functional treatment programs for effective return to community activities.
• Education of patients, families, students, coworkers, and self.
• Perform other professional duties associated with patient care, development of therapy services, and program delivery.

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
• CPR certification.
