Job Summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in a Critical Access Hospital setting. As a key member of our radiology team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and technical expertise in computed tomography imaging.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Provide and coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members, including monitoring patients' responses to interventions and reporting outcomes.
  • Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
  • Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and post-procedure depending on unit.
  • Share on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required.
  • Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies.
  • Transport patients as needed.
Requirements
  • One to three years of experience as a Technologist preferred.
  • Other certifications may be required for this position.
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to read/comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions.
  • PC skills.
  • Physical Abilities: Remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (lbs), pushing, pulling, bending.
