Sardi's Pollo A La Brasa is seeking a Line Service Team Member to join our team

We are a fast-paced and dynamic restaurant environment that values our guests and team members alike. As a Line Service Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Ensure optimal guest service, learn and demonstrate impeccable service to every guest, every day in all aspects of guest interaction, ensuring guests have a positive experience
  • Food Preparation: Learn and maintain menu knowledge + ingredients that go into each menu item and use this information to ensure food preparation is accurate and meets all standards and responds effectively to guest questions and special requests
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Perform cleaning tasks in accordance with shifts assignments and cleaning standards to ensure Sardi's standards are maintained
  • Inventory Management: Learn and follows Sardi's standards for stocking, rotating and storing products. Follows inventory stocking and recording guidelines to maintain integrity of product
  • Teamwork: Treats guests and co-worker's others with dignity and respect to support Sardi's culture

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or guest service environment
  • Ability to read, listen to, and follow directions when communicating with English speaking guests (Bi-lingual a plus)
  • Ability to maintain stationary position (e.g. standing) for extended periods of time
  • Ability to move around the store to attend to the needs of guests and team members
  • Ability to position self to move items weighing up to 50 pounds from floor to shelves and to cabinets above and below counter height
  • Ability to tolerate exposure to commercial cleaning solvents
  • Ability to move, lift and handle equipment, supplies and other objects weighing up to 50 pounds
