">Salary and Benefits
">Starting salary: $67,200 per year. Bilingual starting salary: $69,200 per year. A $7,000 sign-on bonus is also offered, along with monthly performance-based incentives.
">Job Description
">As a Licensed Clinician at The Village for Families & Children, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of clinical treatment for assigned clients. This includes providing individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and crisis intervention. You will work closely with clients firsthand and maintain contact with relevant collaborative parties.
">Key Responsibilities
">Direct Services
">- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and engagement
- Determine DSM V Diagnosis in consultation with supervisor, Medical Director, Psychiatrist, medical provider or designee as needed
- Develop treatment plans and contracts for services
- Implement treatment plans, modifying it as appropriate during the course of treatment
- Discharge planning, which may include linkages to community support services
- Provides case management services
- Completes clinical documentation required by agency and program policies, HIPAA regulations, and funding sources
- Maintains productivity targets determined by service
Collaboration and Quality Assurance
">- Participate and present in Peer Consultation and Quality Assurance Reviews
- Foster collaboration with other clinical and administrative staff to respond to client and programmatic needs, including the implementation of agency policies, procedures, and initiatives
Requirements and Qualifications
">- A Master's degree in social work, psychology, or other licensed counseling degree
- State of CT license required (i.e. LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Psychologist)
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience postgraduate in an outpatient setting
- Bilingual/bicultural skills preferred
