HVAC Supervisor

Putnam City Schools is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead HVAC professional to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems throughout our facilities.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of HVAC technicians to ensure efficient and effective maintenance and repair of HVAC systems.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal system performance and extend equipment lifespan.
• Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems with other building systems.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our HVAC systems remain state-of-the-art.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of HVAC-related materials and services.

• Valid driver's license and valid State of Oklahoma contractor's license.
• Applicable city contractor's license (Bethany, Oklahoma City, and Warr Acres).
• Licensed in boilers, refrigeration, unlimited air conditioning, unlimited heating, natural gas piping, and sheet metal.
• Good knowledge of HVAC central plants and individual units (chillers, cooling towers, boilers, rooftop package, split systems).

This is a full-time position that requires regular attendance and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be required to work in a variety of settings, including schools, offices, and other facilities.
