Residential Caregiver

Mt Sinai Wellness Center is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Aide to join our care team. As a Residential Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and mental well-being.

• Provide direct care and support to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and report any changes in resident condition or behavior.
• Participate in facility quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
