About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Development Supervisor to join our team at the Mary Crane Center. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for supporting families and young children.

Key Responsibilities:

The Early Childhood Development Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Oversight of the Home Based program, ensuring compliance with Early Head Start Standards and agency expectations.
  • Collaboration with Home Visitors to develop and implement individualized plans for families, promoting healthy development and self-sufficiency.
  • Management of staff performance evaluations, ongoing professional development, and record-keeping.
  • Recruitment and enrollment of new families, while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
  • Development and implementation of strategies to meet enrollment targets and maintain full enrollment.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in child development, education, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience working with children and families in a human service setting.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and crisis management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-risk environment, prioritizing family safety and well-being.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Estimated Salary:

$75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
