As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring quality services are provided to meet customer expectations and contract requirements. This involves regularly managing, directing, inspecting, training, coaching, mentoring, and leading security personnel assigned to the facility or building.
You'll also be responsible for performing operations-related functions, such as scheduling, overtime management, review of daily logs and incident reports, training and development of staff. Additionally, you'll need to monitor and develop staff performance, including supervision, performance evaluations, disciplinary matters, training, scheduling, callouts, and assigning work.
We're seeking a highly skilled professional who can provide strong interpersonal communication skills, excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize and problem-solve. You should have a security guard license or be able to obtain one within an acceptable period.
