Job Title: Pipefitter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Pipefitter to join our team at Aerotek. As a Pipefitter, you will be responsible for installing pipes for various systems, including steam, hot water, heating, cooling, lubricating, sprinkling, and production and processing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install pipes for steam, hot water, heating, cooling, lubricating, sprinkling, and production and processing systems.
• Perform hand prep piping for backing rings and butt welds.
• Use grinders or cutting machines to prepare pipes for installation.
• Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to complete projects.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Pipefitter or related field.
• Strong knowledge of pipe installation and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
