About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Mayo Clinic. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality images for interpretation by physicians, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and working collaboratively with our healthcare team.

Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality images for interpretation by physicians, meeting the standards established by the Mayo Clinic Radiology Departments.
  • Develop and maintain competence in a variety of imaging equipment and technology, as determined by competency assessments.
  • Practice proper safety guidelines for yourself, support personnel, and patients.
  • Foster teamwork through effective communication and ensure high levels of service to patients through proper communication, technique, and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain flexibility to staff various work locations, shift times, and lengths, and perform other functional duties as assigned to assure efficient and optimal patient care.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited radiography program.
  • Organized, efficient, and multifunctional, with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication.
  • Ability to work varied hours, shift lengths, and respond to an on-call pager, which may include days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Radiologic Technologist or CT Technologist experience.
License or Certification
  • ARRT certified in Radiography.
  • ARRT certified in CT within 18 months of hire or 24 months for Critical Access Hospital, Per Diem, or Supplemental employees.
  • Additional certifications may be required and determined by Radiology leadership.
  • Appropriate state licensure from the state in which the candidate practices (if the state requires licensure).
  • BLS certified within 90 days of start date.
Compensation and Benefits

$49.39 per hour, with benefits eligible and a full-time schedule.
