Job Summary:

As a Bus Operator with RATP Dev USA, you will be responsible for safely operating transit buses and transporting customers while providing excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity to join a team that values employee growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate all models of transit buses
• Transport customers and assist them in making important travel decisions
• Maintain a clean and professional demeanor and appearance
• Support customers with travel-related questions and issues
• Follow an assigned route, collect and report passenger fares and ridership in an accurate, honest manner
• Assist customers using wheelchairs or other mobility devices
• Communicate with team members, complete written reports and forms
• Adhere to all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and guidelines

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Excellent customer service experience
• Excellent driving record, must have a CDL A or B, Airbrakes & Passenger Endorsement
• Availability to work varying shifts, hours, days, and locations
• Must be able to pass annual physical examination and alcohol/drug test
• Must be knowledgeable of the Ocala street network
• Must maintain at least a satisfactory level on work performance evaluations
