Job Responsibilities
  • SUPERVISE AND COORDINATE CARE FOR RESIDENTS
  • CONDUCT ASSESSMENTS AND DEVELOP CARE PLANS
  • MONITOR AND REPORT CHANGES IN RESIDENT STATUS
Requirements
  • HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT PREFERRED
  • CURRENT STATE LICENSE AS AN RN
  • LTC/SNF EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
