Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Dave and Buster's. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a fun and welcoming atmosphere, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding guest service by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to guest needs.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, using the Micros system to manage orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages, maintaining a high level of quality and presentation.
- Manage cash and credit transactions, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
