Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service by ensuring all clients' needs are met and treated professionally
  • Building good relationships with clients and understanding their needs
  • Making recommendations for products and services
  • Maintaining the minimum sales requirements
  • Multi-tasking, including cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon their arrival
  • Assisting with maintaining the cleanliness of the salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas
Physical Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be able to:

  • Stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment
  • Lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes
  • Bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floors
  • Perform salon cleaning functions, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.
