Job Summary:

As a Store Manager at Ross Stores, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a team of Retail Associates to achieve sales goals, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
• Analyze sales data, operational reports, and customer feedback to inform business decisions, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategic plans to drive business results.
• Develop and execute visual merchandising plans, including creating eye-catching displays, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and ensuring merchandise is presented in a way that drives sales and engagement.
• Collaborate with the District Manager to achieve business objectives, share best practices, and provide support as needed.
• Foster a culture of inclusivity, respect, and open communication among team members, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business results.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, customers, and District Managers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
• Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move quickly and efficiently around the store.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
