As a critical link in ensuring our customers' experience is outstanding, you will be responsible for meeting membership sales goals, providing excellent customer service, and building relationships that last.

• Meet membership sales goals and detailed knowledge of the menu of services
• Have excellent customer service to members and guests, while building relationships that last
• Capable of working flexible hours and effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients

• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
