Our services are delivered through a SaaS plus model, supporting over 20,000 aircraft on our maintenance tracking platform and over 31,000 engines on our engine health monitoring platform.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, requests, and making recommendations based on their needs. This role offers the opportunity to become familiar with CAMP's software, clientele, and brand.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer communications and interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide effective and efficient assistance to customers.
  • Support business interactions, setup, user access, data processing, and connect customers with relevant aircraft analysts as needed.
Requirements
  • Intermediate understanding of computer software and applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm, welcoming, and helpful attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
What We Offer
