**Job Description**
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a vital role in our skilled long-term care setting, providing hands-on care to residents while utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality care, effectively interacting with residents, family members, and other healthcare team members.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you should possess a current MA Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and at least one year of prior experience working as an LPN in a skilled LTC setting. Being fully vaccinated is also required.
