Warehouse Associate

Alton Refrigeration & Home Furnishings is seeking a skilled Warehouse Personnel to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing, organizing, and retrieving stock.

• Plan, prepare, and organize materials and products in the warehouse and showroom for delivery.
• Handle and execute shipping operations, including loading and unloading trucks from vendors and delivery services.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and dock, as well as keep all necessary tools and equipment organized and in their designated workspace.
• Manage and maintain equipment, products, and supplies.
• Maintain a high level of activity and productivity.

• Be capable of lifting 50+ pounds.
• Use a hand dolly or pallet jack.
• Work on your feet for a minimum of 6-8 hours a day.
• Be a fast, efficient, and accurate worker, capable of keeping organized and productive while working.
• Be able to work as a team player, especially in pressing moments and situations.
• Have a valid driver's license.
