Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical outpatient experience post-residency
  • Current, unrestricted State license or eligibility for licensure
  • Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
  • Active registration or eligibility to register with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA)
  • Active Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or eligibility to enroll
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems; Athena preferred
