About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Princeton Community Hospital Association, Inc. in West Virginia.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans to promote independence and prevent further disability
  • Conduct thorough assessments, implement rehabilitation interventions, and monitor patient progress
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes
  • Document all treatments and interactions with patients, families, and healthcare teams according to departmental policies and procedures
  • Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), students, and volunteers to maintain high standards of care and education
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current or temporary licensure in the state of West Virginia, or applicable state licensure where services will be performed
  • Obtain certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date
  • At least one year of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in an acute care or outpatient setting
