Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement network infrastructure solutions using Fortinet products and technologies.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network-related issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and escalate opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our solutions are cutting-edge and effective.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Fortinet products and network infrastructure technologies.
  • Strong understanding of Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking, including VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, and MPLS.
  • Fortinet NSE 4 (Network Security Professional) or higher certification required; NSE 5, NSE 6, or NSE 7 certifications highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% for onsite client engagements.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous IT consulting experience with mid-market clients, particularly in designing and implementing Fortinet-based solutions.
  • Additional certifications such as Cisco CCNP or Palo Alto PCNSE.
  • Experience with Fortinet Secure SD-WAN and FortiAP wireless solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional hands-on technical support.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with external clients and stakeholders.
