Maintenance Trainer Role

At The Judge Group, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and administer evaluations for our training and development program, prioritizing safety, food safety, and quality.
  • Monitor the training environment for new methods and tools to incorporate into our training program.
  • Stay updated on subject matter changes to revise training materials accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain a training schedule in collaboration with Maintenance Management.
  • Conduct ongoing training in all aspects of maintenance, administration, and related topics.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required training documentation.
  • Assist in writing and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not have direct reports.
