Business Transactions Attorney Opportunity

About the Role

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented entry-level attorney to join our client's growing business transactions practice. As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of business transactions and litigation matters, providing research, drafting agreements, and supporting the firm's business clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Draft and review contracts to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Business Entity Formation: Assist in the formation of new business entities, including corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on legal issues impacting client businesses and provide analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Client Support: Work closely with attorneys to formulate solutions for clients and provide exceptional support to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Education: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensure: Active Pennsylvania license to practice law.
  • Skills: Outstanding academic record, superior interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Clio (preferred but not required).
  • Work Environment: Full-time onsite work with the possibility of a hybrid schedule after onboarding.
