Facility Maintenance Technician Opportunity


We are seeking a reliable and friendly Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Reserve at North Dallas, a large senior living community in Dallas. Job Responsibilities


As a Facility Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for keeping our residents' living areas well-maintained and serviced to high standards. This includes assisting the Maintenance Director in identifying needed repairs or replacements, painting apartments and common areas, completing work orders from residents and staff, and assisting with preventative maintenance to avoid costly repairs.


Requirements



  • At least 1 year of experience in general maintenance and/or construction.
  • Special consideration given to experienced painters.
  • A valid driver's license in the state.
  • Knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures in painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other areas.
