Prepared Foods Dishwasher

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our kitchen team as a Prepared Foods Dishwasher. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen area.

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares to ensure a clean and safe environment for our customers and team members.
• Maintain the cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area, adhering to our high standards of sanitation and hygiene.
• Assist with kitchen deliveries, including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products to ensure efficient and effective inventory management.
• Arrive to work on time, appropriately groomed, dressed, and ready to work, and work all scheduled shifts and attend required trainings and meetings.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing the needs of customers in a timely and effective manner, and model suggestive selling techniques to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
• Maximize sales potential through effective and proper procedures for prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising product to meet customer demands and expectations.
• Follow and comply with established procedures, including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment, and ensure that equipment is maintained in accordance with our cleanliness and safety standards.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned, and ensure accuracy of signs and pricing to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Immediately report safety hazards and violations to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store, regional, or national leadership to support the success of our team and company.

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds to perform tasks and duties related to the position.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the kitchen area for extended periods of time to perform tasks and duties related to the position.
• Ability to use hands to grasp, manipulate, push, and pull objects to perform tasks and duties related to the position.
• Ability to work in a wet and dry environment, and exposure to temperatures below 32°F, 32-40°F, and above 90°F.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet customer demands and expectations.
