Role Summary: The Speech-Language Pathologist will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, and communication challenges. The SLP will create and implement tailored therapy plans aimed at improving clients' communication abilities and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine the presence of speech and language impairments.
  • Develop and carry out customized treatment strategies based on assessment findings.
  • Deliver direct therapeutic services to clients, adapting methods as required to address their changing needs.
  • Track and document client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Inform clients and their families about techniques and strategies to facilitate ongoing communication improvement.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in specific clinical settings or with particular populations is a plus.
