Job Title: Mobile Sales and Service Technician

At PIRTEK Ft. Myers-Lakeland-Ocala-Pensacola-Sarasota-Tallahassee, we're seeking a highly skilled Mobile Sales and Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering top-notch service to our clients in need of hydraulic and industrial hose maintenance and replacement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to emergency service calls and perform on-site hose replacements to minimize downtime for our clients.
  • Create custom hose assemblies tailored to our clients' specific requirements.
  • Conduct scheduled maintenance visits to identify and address potential hose issues before they cause operational disruptions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, offering technical advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and restock your service vehicle with necessary equipment, hoses, and fittings.
Qualifications:
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and a background in hydraulics or industrial hoses is preferred.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, on-call environment.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy equipment and hoses.
