Job Title: Night Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Gulf Coast Hotel Management, Inc.

Job Summary:

The Night Auditor is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process for our guests. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out, answering questions and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Process phone calls and respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct physical inspections of the property to ensure that all areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Respond to any type of problem or issue that may occur after normal business hours.
  • Keep aware of hotel policies and procedures, including room rates, discounts, and special offerings.
  • Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, room features, and local areas of interest.
  • Record guest comments or complaints and refer them to the General Manager as necessary.
  • Know property emergency procedures and respond to any/all emergency situations in a timely manner.
  • Help clean and maintain common areas within the hotel, including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, entrance doors, emergency exits, and sidewalks.
  • Work in the laundry room area, loading and unloading washers and dryers, and folding items.
  • Notify the General Manager or Maintenance Support of any major repairs.
  • Ensure the security needs of the property and guests are met.
  • Wear appropriate attire per the dress code.
Requirements:
  • 1 year hospitality experience preferred.
  • Work Authorization required.
  • Pre-employment drug screening required.
  • Flexible schedule required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
