Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with surgeons and the healthcare team to ensure safe operations with optimal patient outcomes.
- Practice perioperative nursing with a focus on the RNFA role, acquiring necessary knowledge, skills, and judgment for clinical practice in the operating room.
- Perform duties as an OR staff RN when not assigned to the RNFA role.
- Participate in evening call and rotating holiday requirements as needed.
- Proficient in perioperative nursing practice with preferred scrubbing and circulating experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Two Years of OR Experience in a Level 1 Trauma Center Preferred
- Completion of an Accredited RN First Assistant Course
- Davinci Robotics Experience Required in Various Robotic Surgeries
