Responsibilities:
- Supervise students during physical activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Develop and implement recreational programs that promote physical activity, teamwork, and socialization.
- Collaborate with school staff to integrate programs with academic and extracurricular activities.
- Manage program logistics, including equipment, facilities, and volunteer coordination.
- Communicate with parents, students, and staff to ensure program success and address concerns.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid California driver's license.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
