Job Description:

This role involves laying out, fabricating, assembling, installing, and maintaining piping systems, fixtures, and equipment. As a pipe fitter, you will select materials according to job specifications, inspect work sites, and plan the installation sequence. You will also cut, thread, bend, and assemble pipes and fittings, join pipes through threading, soldering, and welding, and secure pipes to structures with clamps, brackets, and hangers. Testing piping systems for leaks is an essential part of this job.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 4 years of experience as a pipe fitter in industrial construction.
  • Ability to work within precise limits or standards of accuracy.
  • Familiarity with reading blueprints and following instructions.
  • Comfort working at heights.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to plan work.
