Compassionate Caregiver

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Direct Care Worker at The Northern Lighthouse, Inc. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional care and support to individuals in their daily lives.

The annual salary for this position is estimated to be between $36,481 and $50,498, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a competitive benefits package, including a 4% 401(k) employer match.

As a Direct Care Worker, you will work one-on-one with our clients and their families to help them develop daily living, social, communication, and safety skills. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personalized care and support to clients in their homes or local communities
• Ensuring confidentiality and respecting the privacy of clients and their families
• Maintaining all necessary certifications and trainings

You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families, while also developing your skills and expertise in caregiving.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in caregiving (preferably)
• A valid driver's license
